Human Resources Assistant
The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR department in the Regional Office; including support in recruitment, national staff insurances, personnel filing, and arranging for HR meetings and inductions.
The role holder will be as well supporting the department in updating the HR Information data system as needed. 
In order to be successful you will bring/have the following Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Cross-cultural experience, understanding and sensitivity
  • Experience of and well developed skills in recruitment and selection
  • Good attention to details
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/training
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively, either at own initiative or under direction;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills;
  • Computer literate (i.e. WORD, advanced Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, financial systems).
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
